How to buy online?

When you are finished choosing the items you want to buy, select the shopping cart to proceed with the order. At this stage, the order can still be edited. When you are completely satisfied with the order, complete the purchase. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Which platforms are accepted for payment?

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, VISA / Mastercard

Will you be charged for the order if it is retained?

Any deviation from the order that prevents delivery to the recipient, will have no additional cost. Wodyouneed® is responsible for any loss or deviation of the order during the delivery process. If it is proved that the order has not been delivered, a new item will be sent.

Do I have to create a customer account?

It is not mandatory to create a customer account to complete the purchase.


What is your shipping policy?

Products ordered in wodyouneed® will only be shipped and delivered on business days;
We can only guarantee a good delivery service for an order, if the address provided by the Customer is correct and corresponds to a physical and concrete location (such as home or office).
After receiving the order and checking stock at the store, wodyouneed® undertakes to carry out the following delivery times:

  • In Portugal, within a maximum period of 3 working days; In the archipelago of Madeira and the Azores, between 5 and 10 working days;
  • In the European Union (except Portugal), about 8 working days;
    In all countries outside the European Union, within a period of 10 working days.
  • If there is no stock of an ordered product, the order will be shipped within a maximum period of 20 days. Whenever, for any reason, the customer will be notified via email and can cancel the order by receiving a refund in the same payment format.
How is the order shipped?

Wodyouneed® orders are made via CTT or CTT EXPRESSO.

What is the shipping price for an order?

Orders for national territory have an increase of € 4.50 regardless of the recipient. For Europe and Rest of the World the order will be pending until confirmation of shipping costs by wodyouneed®.

What are the conditions for Free Shipping Costs?

Shipping is free, for portuguese territory for purchases over 75 €, and for international orders over 150€.


How can I return the order?

To return an order it is necessary that the items have not been altered from their original condition or damaged, but must be returned in the original packaging and return to the following address:

How many days do I have to return an item?

The customer has a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. The shipping cost is borne by the customer. If for any reason wodyouneed® sends an item that does not correspond to the order, or is defective, wodyouneed® covers the shipping costs.

Can you refuse a return?

Wodyouneed® has the right to reject returns sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received. In the case of a return, they will not be accepted by wodyouneed®, for non-compliance with any requirement. In that case the customer will be contacted by Customer Support.

How can I cancel an order?

The Customer can cancel an order before wodyouneed® sends it.
