11. Pricing Policy

1. All values presented on www.wodyouneed.eu have the tax (VAT) included;
2. The total amount, at the end of the order, includes taxes and shipping costs;
3. The amount of the shipping fee will depend on the destination of the order. The values are in euros and any change in the country of delivery may influence the final value, due to transport costs.

12. Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Products ordered in wodyouneed® will only be shipped and delivered on business days;
2. We can only guarantee a good delivery service for an order, if the address provided by the Client is correct and corresponds to a physical and concrete location (such as home or office).

13. Delivery Time for Orders

1. After receiving the order and checking stock at the store, wodyouneed® undertakes to carry out the following delivery times:
   1. In Portugal, within a maximum period of 3 working days;
   2. In the archipelago of Madeira and the Azores, between 5 and 10 working days;
   3. In the European Union (except Portugal), about 8 working days;
   4. In all countries outside the European Union, within a period of 10 working days.

14. Exchange and Return Policy

1. Requirements for returning an item:
   1. The articles must not have been altered from their original state or damaged;
   2. They must have the corresponding security label or seal;
   3. They must be returned in the original packaging;
   4. Returns must be send to the following address:

   5. It is recommended that the return be made by registered letter or any other service that provides a follow-up service. The article only becomes the responsibility of the brand when it is in the possession of the company. The costs of return will not be refunded.
2. Deadlines for returning an article:
   1. The customer has a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. The shipping cost is borne by the customer;
   2. If for any reason wodyouneed® sends an item that does not correspond to the order, or is defective, wodyouneed® covers the shipping costs;
   3. All exchanges and / or returns are subject to existing stock.
3. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, wodyouneed® will refund the full amount, by the form of payment in which the purchase was made.
4. www.wodyouneed.eu has the right to reject returns sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as they were received. In the case of a return, they will not be accepted by wodyouneed®, for non-compliance with any requirement. In that case the customer will be contacted by Customer Support.
5. If the purchase price is different from the value of the exchange item, the exchange will be made only for items of less or equal value, not for items of higher value. Discounts and / or promotions are not cumulative.
6. The value of the returned item is only sent to the customer when the return is approved by wodyouneed®. After that, a confirmation will be sent by email, indicating that the amount will be paid on business days. It should be noted that the time to return to a credit card and / or Paypal account depends on the customer’s bank.

15. Cancellation Policy

The Customer can cancel an order before wodyouneed® sends it.

16. Product Quality and Guarantee

1. wodyouneed® sells only high quality products, being responsible for any inconsistencies in this regard. It never sells second-hand products, with defects of quality or of inferior quality in comparison with the quality standards of the market.
2. The colors of the products featured on www.wodyouneed.eu may not match the original colors. This incompatibility can be caused by different browsers, or the brightness of the Customer’s screen.

17. Promotional Codes

1. Promotional codes are applied only to one item or group of items selected and specified on www.wodyouneed.eu, allowing the customer to take advantage of the promotion / discount, within the deadline set for the same promotional code.
2. Promotional codes are personal and non-transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, and can only be used at the wodyouneed® online store.
3. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and the amount in question will not be refunded.
4. It is prohibited to use promotional codes for commercial purposes;
5. Wodyouneed® has the right to invalidate promotional codes if the rules described above are violated.

18. Social Responsibility

1. Wodyouneed® is not responsible for any damage suffered or caused by the incorrect use of any of our products.
2. All products sold on wodyouneed® are in compliance with Portuguese and European Union law.
3. wodyouneed® waives any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is up to the customer to assess with the local authorities of the country concerned, the conditions for importing or using the products they wish to order.

19. Intellectual Property

1. The names, brands and signs on www.wodyouneed.eu are protected in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to the protection of industrial and intellectual property;
2. It is strictly prohibited to use information or materials present in the wodyouneed® online store, for commercial purposes, without prior written authorization from wodyouneed®.

20. Applicable Law

1. These Terms and Conditions and the use / purchase in the wodyouneed® online store are governed by Portuguese law.
2. In case of non-compliance with the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions, wodyouneed® is willing to negotiate an amicable agreement, within 30 days after receiving a registered letter.
3. The incompatibility of reaching an agreement, and the inability to comply with the Terms and Conditions in force, both parties must present the case to the District Court of Porto.

21. Legal Warranty

Under the terms of Decree – Law no. 67/2003, of 8 April, as amended by Decree – Law no. 84/2008, of 21 May, the products supplied may benefit from the 2-year conformity guarantee period from the date of delivery to the customer, with the exception of wear items (eg Grabbers, cable integrated in the strings, etc.)

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:
